Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. Shipping & Delivery Windows

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 6 to 15 business days.

Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by local customs processing or carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order chips, an email containing a direct tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. International Shipments & Customs

  • We proudly ship internationally (including to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia).

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes administered by their respective countries upon arrival.
